Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz Fast Food Fries
- 2 large onions
- 3 slices of bacon
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
Sauce
- ½ cup mayo
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp relish
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Finely dice up the onions with a sharp knife then place them in a large skillet with olive oil and butter.
- Let them cook down for 20 minutes stirring them every 3-4 minutes to help remove the moisture. Don’t rush this process – you want these onions to caramelize to enhance the flavor of the onions.
- While the onions caramelize, place the fries in the air fryer and cook them until crispy according to the packaging.
- Cube up the bacon then cook it in a separate skillet. Remove the bacon pieces once they’re crispy then place them on a paper towel to drain the excess grease.
- Assemble the burger sauce by combining all of the ingredients in a small bowl then mix thoroughly. Set aside for serving.
- Once the onions are caramelized, remove the onions from the heat.
- Time to assemble with a bed of crispy fries, 2 slices of american cheese, caramelized onions, bacon and a generous drizzle of burger sauce.
