Smoked Pork Belly
- 2 pounds Pork Belly
- 4 tbsp Korean BBQ Rub (Spiceology)
- 3 tbsp Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce
- 3 tbsp Sriracha Mayo
- 3 tbsp Green Onions, sliced
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Fresh Homemade Guacamole
- 4 ripe Avocados
- 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 2 Jalapeño Peppers, diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion, finely diced
- Juice from ½ Lime
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cut pork belly into 1-inch-thick slices approximately 4 inches long.
- Place pork belly on a wire rack and use Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce as a binder.
- Season all sides with Korean BBQ Rub.
- Smoke pork belly at 250°F for 3-4 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 185°F.
- Prepare homemade guacamole by combining all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until serving.
- Place smoked pork belly in an air fryer at 400°F for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
- Drizzle with Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce and sriracha mayo.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve with fresh homemade guacamole and enjoy!
