- 3 pounds of chicken wings
- 16oz Amber Beer
- 2 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp SPG
- 2 tbsp bbq rub
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Place your wings in a bag then pour in the beer and SPG blend then let them marinate overnight.
- Drain the wings then pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Place in a bowl then drizzle oil over top and season with a BBQ rub and corn starch.
- Place them on the smoker at 325F for 1 hour flipping them half way through.
- In a pot, melt the butter then pour in the buffalo sauce and honey then mix. Remove from heat once combined.
- Brush on the buffalo sauce the last 10 minutes and let it tack up.
- Remove the wings once they reach 190F internal temp.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
