- 1 can Cinnamon Rolls Grands with cream cheese frosting
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters then add cinnamon roll pieces to a small baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the heavy cream, lemon juice, eggs and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the tops of the quartered cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
- Add the Blueberries on top of the cinnamon rolls, spread them out evenly.
- Cook them at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in the oven or on the smoker.
- Once fully cooked, remove them and let them cool down for a couple of minutes.
- Evenly drizzle the icing pack over the top of the dish.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
