Ingredients

- 1 pound of ground beef
- 6 slices of American cheese
- 3 Brioche buns
- 2 tbsp of a burger rub
- 3 bone marrow boats
Bacon Jam
- 1/2 pound of bacon
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 ounces of bourbon
Instructions
- Place the bone marrow in a bowl with salt water and soak it overnight to remove any blood in the bone marrow.
- Season the bone marrow with salt, pepper and garlic powder then smoke it at 275°F for 30 minutes.
- While the bone marrow is smoking, create the bacon jam and set it aside until it’s time to serve.
- Form a burger patty with the highest quality burger you can find and season it with your favorite burger rub.
- Grill the burger over direct heat then place American cheese on the patties the last couple of minutes.
- Place the burger patty on a toasted brioche bun then top it with the bacon jam and bone marrow.
