Bulgogi Loaded Fries are the perfect meal. Crispy fries, tender marinated steak, topped with queso, spicy mayo, green onions and sesame seeds.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shaved ribeye steak (or substitute ground beef if needed)
  • ½ medium yellow onion, diced
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • ½ tsp black pepper

For the Fries

  • Frozen or fresh French fries (follow package instructions)
  • Olive oil or cooking oil (if baking)

Spicy Mayo

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Toppings

  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Queso

Instructions

  1. Assemble the marinade in a bowl with: 3 tbsp Rice Vinegar, ½ cup Bachan’s or Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Sesame Oil, 3 cloves Minced garlic, 1 tbsp Ginger paste Marinate 1 pound of shaved ribeye for a minimum of 1 hour, up to overnight.
  2. Assemble the creamy sauce with 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar, ½ cup mayo and 2 tbsp Sriracha.
  3. Add the  diced onion on a preheated griddle and cook for 5-7 minutes until they become translucent.
  4. Add the marinated shaved beef down and let it cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes each side. Shred the beef with 2 spatulas then remove once it becomes caramelized.
  5. Assemble on a bed of crispy fries with the cooked steak, onions, your favorite queso, creamy sauce then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
