- 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
- 1 Kings’s Hawaiian, Orange pack
- 2 tbsp Burger Seasoning
- ¼ cup Bachan’s Original
- 4 oz Cheddar cheese block, cubed into ½ x ½ inch cubes
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
Baconaise Sauce
- ½ cup Mayo
- ½ cup Crispy bacon, crumbled
- ¼ cup sweet relish
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Hot Honey
- 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chives, finely sliced
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the ground beef, cubed cheddar cheese, Bachan’s and burger seasoning. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
- Remove the Hawaiian rolls from the packaging then stuff the burger mixture into the white tray that the sliders come in. Make sure the burger is evenly spread out.
- Transfer the burger mixture from the packaging onto an oiled wire rack. Place the wire rack on the smoker at 250°F for 45 minutes.
- While the burger smokes, slice up the bacon then fry in a skillet. Remove once crispy then place on a pan lined with a paper towel.
- Cook the sliced onion in the same skillet with 2 tbsp of bacon grease over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until soft.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl for the baconnaise sauce then mix thoroughly and refrigerate until serving.
- Remove the burger once it reaches an internal temperature of 150°F.
- Assemble the sliders on toasted slider rolls with baconnaise sauce, smoked burger patty, more baconnaise and the onions.
