Cajun Alfredo Party Meatballs

Cajun Alfredo Party Meatballs are the perfect easy appetizer! Easy meatballs coated in a creamy cajun Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 32oz frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen meatballs in an aluminum foil pan then add in the heavy cream, butter, garlic, broth, parmesan cheese and cajun seasoning.
  2. Put the tray in the oven and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  3. Mix the meatballs every 20 minutes to ensure that the meatballs are coated in the Alfredo sauce.
  4. Remove the pan from the oven once the Alfredo sauce is thickened.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley then serve and enjoy!
