Cheesesteak Quesadillas are loaded with shaved beef, peppers, onions, gooey cheese, and bold flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz shaved beef
  • ½ cup Bachan’s Original
  • 1 XL Grande Burrito tortilla
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • provolone cheese
  • 1 cup queso
  • chipotle cream sauce (Herdez)
  • 2 tbsp steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place the shaved beef in a bowl. Then add Bachan’s Original and steak seasoning. Mix well and let it marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Thinly slice the onion and bell peppers. Next, add them to a hot griddle over medium heat.
  3. Cook for 8–10 minutes until the vegetables become soft and tender.
  4. Add the shaved beef to the griddle over high heat. Flip the beef after 3–4 minutes when the meat begins to caramelize.
  5. Warm the tortilla on the griddle. Then begin assembling with provolone cheese, shaved beef, peppers, onions, queso, and a drizzle of chipotle cream sauce.
  6. Fold the tortilla over and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  7. Cut the tortilla into thirds, serve warm, and enjoy!
