- 16 oz shaved beef
- ½ cup Bachan’s Original
- 1 XL Grande Burrito tortilla
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- provolone cheese
- 1 cup queso
- chipotle cream sauce (Herdez)
- 2 tbsp steak seasoning
Instructions
- Place the shaved beef in a bowl. Then add Bachan’s Original and steak seasoning. Mix well and let it marinate for 1 hour.
- Thinly slice the onion and bell peppers. Next, add them to a hot griddle over medium heat.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes until the vegetables become soft and tender.
- Add the shaved beef to the griddle over high heat. Flip the beef after 3–4 minutes when the meat begins to caramelize.
- Warm the tortilla on the griddle. Then begin assembling with provolone cheese, shaved beef, peppers, onions, queso, and a drizzle of chipotle cream sauce.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
- Cut the tortilla into thirds, serve warm, and enjoy!
