- 16 oz chicken breast
- 16 oz thick cut bacon
- Rotini Pasta
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- ¼ green onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayo
- ⅓ cup chicken broth
- 1 ranch seasoning packet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp poultry seasoning
Instructions
- Boil the Rotini according to the instructions on the box. Remove when al dente and rinse with cold water.
- Slice the bacon into small pieces, then cook in a skillet over medium heat. Remove once the bacon is crispy and place on a paper towel lined plate to absorb excess grease.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil and your favorite poultry seasoning.
- Grill the chicken over medium-high heat and remove once it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Slice the chicken against the grain, then chop it up into bite size pieces.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayo, sour cream, chicken broth and ranch seasoning packet. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
- In a large bowl combine the pasta, chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions, and 1 cup of the ranch dressing. Mix thoroughly until everything is combined and coated in the ranch dressing. Refrigerate until serving.
- When ready to serve, garnish with chicken, bacon, cheese, green onions and a drizzle of ranch and serve immediately.
