  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 36 Wings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

Chicken Wings

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

Alabama White Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to 350°F.
  2. Separate the whole chicken wings into drums and flats by cutting through the knuckle.
  3. Place the wings in a large bowl. Drizzle with avocado oil and toss to coat.
  4. Generously season the wings with the Cajun seasoning, ensuring each wing is evenly coated. Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Arrange the wings on the grill in a single layer.
  6. Cook on a pellet grill for about 1 hour, flipping halfway through, or on a propane grill for about 30 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes.
  7. While the wings cook, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, brown mustard, lemon juice, horseradish, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
  8. Grill the wings until they reach an internal temperature of 185°F.
  9. Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl. Drizzle with the Alabama White Sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  10. Finish with an extra drizzle of sauce, serve and enjoy!.
