Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Burgers

Chicken bacon ranch burgers are one of the best things you can grill up! Loaded with bacon, juicy chicken and homemade ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of bacon
  • 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 ranch seasoning packet
  • 10 slices white cheddar cheese
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 head of Iceberg lettuce
  • 10 brioche buns

Instructions

  1. Grind 1 pound of bacon and 2 pounds of chicken thighs and place in a bowl.
  2. Add ¼ cup chopped parsley and ¼ cup chopped green onions, 1 ranch seasoning packet and mix thoroughly.
  3. Place the bowl in the freezer for 15 minutes to help form patties.
  4. Form ⅓ pound patties and place each patty on some cut parchment paper.
  5. Place the patty down on a hot cast iron griddle. Let it cook for 3 minutes, then flip it over. 
  6. Add a slice of white cheddar cheese. Once it melts and the meat reaches 165°F, remove from the griddle.
  7. Assemble on a toasted bun with ranch, lettuce and tomato.
