- 2 pounds Chicken breast
- ½ pound of thick cut bacon
- 4 XL grande burrito tortilla
- 1 pack of romaine hearts
- ¼ cup Croutons
- ¼ cup Shaved parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
- 4 tbsp Chipotle cream sauce (herdez)
- 3 tbsp Blackening seasoning
Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil on the chicken breasts, then season with a blackened seasoning on both sides.
- Grill the chicken breasts until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F then remove it.
- Coat romaine lettuce in olive oil then grill it for 30 seconds over direct coals. Cut it up into bite size pieces then assemble the salad with croutons, Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly until fully combined and it’s evenly coated in dressing.
- Slice up the chicken against the grain into bite size pieces.
- Begin to assemble on a warm tortilla with Caesar salad, chicken, bacon and Chipotle cream.
- Tightly wrap the tortilla to secure it, then grill it on both sides for 2 minutes, until toasted.
- Slice the wrap in half then enjoy!
