Creamy homemade pimento cheese made with cheddar, cream cheese, and spices. Perfect for sliders, sandwiches, dips, and easy backyard entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 block softened Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz Pimentos
  • ¼ cup Pickled Jalapeños
  • ½ cup Mayo
  • ½ tsp each: Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Assemble the pimento cheese in a bowl by combining all ingredients.
  2. Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together until everything is fully combined.
  3. Store the pimento cheese refrigerated in an airtight container until serving.
  4. Remove pimento cheese 10 minutes before serving, then enjoy!
