- King’s Hawaiian Sweet Slider Rolls
- 6 slices pepper jack cheese
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 16 slices Salami
- 16 Large deli pepperoni
- 8 slices Large deli ham
- ¼ cup Sun dried Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Hot Honey
Pesto
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Slice Hawaiian Rolls in half
- Layer meat and cheese: sun dried tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, salami, ham, pepperoni and provolone cheese
- Brush the top buns on the inside with garlic herb butter.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Assemble the pesto by combining the basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Run the food processor then slowly pour on the olive oil and lemon juice until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl then set aside.
- Spread the fresh pesto on the inside of the top buns.
- Drizzle hot honey over the top of the melted cheese then place the top bun on and enjoy!
