- 4 tbsp Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tsp salt and pepper Mix
- 1 pound thinly shaved beef
- 1 medium yellow onion
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- 1 green bell pepper
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 2 hoagie rolls
Instructions
- Marinate the shaved beef in a bowl with 4 tbsp of Bachan’s Original for 1 hour.
- Preheat the griddle to medium‑high heat 10 minutes prior to cooking.
- Thinly slice the onion and green bell pepper.
- Cook the marinated beef on a griddle. Add the onions, carrots, and green peppers in a separate pile, then season with Salt and Pepper Mix.
- Flip the beef after 3–4 minutes, then shred with two metal spatulas as it cooks.
- Top the pile of beef with 3 slices of provolone cheese, then add the vegetables on top.
- Mix everything together once the cheese is melted.
- Add a light drizzle of Bachan’s on top, then add 3 additional slices of cheese.
- Stuff everything into a hoagie roll, then wrap the hoagie in foil and let it sit for 2–3 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
- Slice in half and enjoy.
