Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tbsp Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper Mix
  • 1 pound thinly shaved beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shaved beef in a bowl with 4 tbsp of Bachan’s Original for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the griddle to medium‑high heat 10 minutes prior to cooking.
  3. Thinly slice the onion and green bell pepper.
  4. Cook the marinated beef on a griddle. Add the onions, carrots, and green peppers in a separate pile, then season with Salt and Pepper Mix.
  5. Flip the beef after 3–4 minutes, then shred with two metal spatulas as it cooks.
  6. Top the pile of beef with 3 slices of provolone cheese, then add the vegetables on top.
  7. Mix everything together once the cheese is melted.
  8. Add a light drizzle of Bachan’s on top, then add 3 additional slices of cheese.
  9. Stuff everything into a hoagie roll, then wrap the hoagie in foil and let it sit for 2–3 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
  10. Slice in half and enjoy.
