- 2 pounds of brisket, chopped
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 1 package King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 tbsp Everything bagel seasoning
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
Homemade Pimento Cheese
- 1 block softened cream cheese
- 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4oz pimentos
- ¼ cup Pickled jalapenos
- ½ cup mayo
- ½ tsp each: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika
Instructions
- Chop up 2 pounds of leftover brisket into bite size pieces.
- Assemble the pimento cheese by combining all ingredients in a bowl then mix thoroughly.
- Assemble sliders on the slider rolls with a pickle on each bun, 4 slices of pepper jack cheese, chopped brisket, bbq sauce, pimento cheese on the top bun.
- Brush melted butter on the top buns then season with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cut the individual sliders then serve warm and enjoy!
