For the Chicken
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp SPG Blend
- 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Slider Rolls
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic herb butter
For the Marry me Sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth (or chicken stock)
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Season the chicken breast with SPG, then insert the MEATER Pro.
- Sear the chicken on both sides in a cast iron skillet then remove.
- Assemble the sauce by sautéing minced garlic in the butter, then add in chicken broth, heavy cream, and freshly shredded Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly.
- Add in the chopped sun dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning then mix.
- Add the chicken back into the skillet with the sauce then bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F then shred it up.
- Assemble the sliders on toasted rolls with pepper jack cheese, shredded chicken, Marry me sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Brush top buns with garlic herb butter then bake for 10-15 mins until cheese is melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
