Marry Me Chicken Sliders are the perfect weeknight meal! Tender, juicy chicken coated in a creamy sauce stuffed into a slider roll.

For the Chicken

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp SPG Blend
  • 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Slider Rolls
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic herb butter

For the Marry me Sauce

  • 1 cup chicken broth (or chicken stock)
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with SPG, then insert the MEATER Pro.
  2. Sear the chicken on both sides in a cast iron skillet then remove.
  3. Assemble the sauce by sautéing minced garlic in the butter, then add in chicken broth, heavy cream, and freshly shredded Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Add in the chopped sun dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning then mix.
  5. Add the chicken back into the skillet with the sauce then bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Remove once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F then shred it up.
  7. Assemble the sliders on toasted rolls with pepper jack cheese, shredded chicken, Marry me sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Brush top buns with garlic herb butter then bake for 10-15 mins until cheese is melted.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
