Pasta Salad
- 2 cups Fried Chicken, chopped
- Fusilli pasta, cooked and cooled
- 4 oz Marble Jack Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup red bell pepper, cubed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 3 tbsp Nashville hot seasoning
Nashville Hot Seasoning
- 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fusilli pasta until al dente according to package directions.
- Drain pasta, then rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine fried chicken, cooled pasta, marble jack cheese, red onion, celery, and red bell pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, pickle juice, and Nashville hot seasoning until smooth and creamy.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and gently toss until fully coated.
- Chill in an airtight container for at least 1 hour before serving.
