Pasta Salad

  • 2 cups Fried Chicken, chopped
  • Fusilli pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 4 oz Marble Jack Cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 3 tbsp Nashville hot seasoning

Nashville Hot Seasoning

  • 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fusilli pasta until al dente according to package directions.
  2. Drain pasta, then rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Let cool completely.
  3. In a large bowl, combine fried chicken, cooled pasta, marble jack cheese, red onion, celery, and red bell pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, pickle juice, and Nashville hot seasoning until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and gently toss until fully coated.
  6. Chill in an airtight container for at least 1 hour before serving.
