No Bake Cookie Cake is a super easy dessert to make. Made with layers of pound cake, no bake cheese cake, whipped cream and cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 Sara Lee Pound Cake
  • 1 family pack Chips Ahoy Cookies
  • 24 oz Philadelphia No Bake Cheesecake
  • 8 oz Cool whip
  • 4 oz Cookie Dough
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Cut up the Sara Lee pound cake into 1 inch cubes with a sharp knife.
  2. Place the cut up pieces in a 9×13 dish and evenly spread them out.
  3. Place the cookies into a bag then smash them up into smaller chunks. Be sure not to crush them up too much.
  4. Next, Spread out the no bake cheese cake evenly across the whole dish.
  5. Add the whip cream on top and spread it out.
  6. Roll up small balls of cookie dough with your hand then put them over top of the dessert.
  7. Add a drizzle of chocolate over top then refrigerate overnight for best results.
  8. Serve cold and enjoy!
