- 10 canned Biscuits
- 1 pound of shaved beef
- 1 green bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 2 cups Provolone and Mozzarella Cheese Blend
- 2 tbsp beef seasoning
- 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 egg (Egg wash)
- 1 container White Queso
Instructions
- Cook the green bell pepper and onion on a griddle or in a skillet for 4-5 minutes until soft.
- Add the shaved beef and cook over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Season the beef with your favorite beef seasoning.
- Mix the pepper, onion and beef together then remove it from the pan/griddle.
- Take each biscuit and roll it out flat with a rolling pin.
- Stuff it with cheese and the cheesesteak mixture then fold it up tight and secure it by placing the folded side down on a nonstick baking sheet.
- Give each stuffed biscuit an egg wash then season them with the Everything Bagel Seasoning.
- Bake them at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve the biscuits hot with some of your favorite warm white queso.
