For the Burgers

  • 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
  • 3 brioche buns
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp SPG Blend Seasoning
  • 3 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp truffle hot sauce

For the Homemade Viral Pickle Dip

  • 1 jar dill pickles, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeños, chopped
  • ½ pound thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 ranch seasoning packet
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare one batch of Homemade Viral Pickle Dip using the ingredients above or by following the complete recipe on Burnt Pellet BBQ. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Combine the ground beef, mayonnaise, and mustard. Form into three equal burger patties.
  3. Season both sides with SPG Blend Seasoning.
  4. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  5. Grill the burgers, flipping every 2 to 3 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.
  6. Top each burger with pepper jack cheese and allow it to melt.
  7. Toast the brioche buns with mayonnaise until golden brown.
  8. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on the bottom bun, topping with a generous scoop of Homemade Viral Pickle Dip, a drizzle of truffle hot sauce, and the top bun.
