So, fire up your smoker, gather your ingredients, and get ready to impress your friends and family with these delicious ribs!

  • Total Time: 3 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: 10-12 party ribs 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 8 oz pineapple juice
  • 4 oz bourbon
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • ¼ cup Original Bachan’s
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane then cut ribs individually between each bone.
  2. Use Bachan’s as a binder then season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a BBQ rub.
  3. Place the ribs on the smoker at 275°F and spritz them every hour with pineapple juice.
  4. In a pot combine: butter, brown sugar, ¼ cup of bachan’s, 4 oz bourbon and ½ cup crushed pineapple. Bring to a simmer, mix and kill the heat.
  5. Once ribs have bark built up, place them in a foil pan and pour the mixture over top.
  6. Cover with foil then place back on the smoker for another hour.  Uncover them the last 15 minutes to allow the sauce to tack up.
  7. Remove the ribs once they reach an internal temperature of 200°F.
  8. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and some toasted sesame seeds.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
