- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup Raspberry preserves
- ¼ apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the sauce pan over medium-low heat.
- Add the slices of butter to the saucepan and let it melt.
- Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic then let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Continuously stir every 30 seconds to help prevent the garlic from burning.
- Add the remaining ingredients into the saucepan and mix thoroughly until combined.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat once the sauce has thickened then let it cool.
- Use the sauce once it cooled, or store it refrigerated in an airtight container.
