This Rodeo Smashburger stacks juicy smashburger patties, crispy bacon, golden onion rings, melted cheese, and creamy BBQ sauce on a toasted brioche bun.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 2 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
  • 2 brioche buns
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 onion rings
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 2 tablespoons burger seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Air fry the onion rings according to package directions until crispy.
  3. Divide the beef into four balls. Place them on a hot griddle and smash firmly with a burger press. Season with burger seasoning.
  4. After 3 minutes, flip the patties and place one slice of cheese on each patty.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the brioche buns. Place them mayonnaise-side down on the griddle and toast until golden brown.
  6. Once the cheese melts, remove the burger patties from the griddle.
  7. Mix the mayonnaise and BBQ sauce together to make the burger sauce.
  8. Assemble each burger with two cheesy smashburger patties, two slices of bacon, two onion rings, and burger sauce. Top with the toasted bun and serve immediately.
