- 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
- 2 brioche buns
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- 4 onion rings
- 4 slices cheese
- 2 tablespoons burger seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Air fry the onion rings according to package directions until crispy.
- Divide the beef into four balls. Place them on a hot griddle and smash firmly with a burger press. Season with burger seasoning.
- After 3 minutes, flip the patties and place one slice of cheese on each patty.
- Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the brioche buns. Place them mayonnaise-side down on the griddle and toast until golden brown.
- Once the cheese melts, remove the burger patties from the griddle.
- Mix the mayonnaise and BBQ sauce together to make the burger sauce.
- Assemble each burger with two cheesy smashburger patties, two slices of bacon, two onion rings, and burger sauce. Top with the toasted bun and serve immediately.
