- 3 pound chuck roast
- 1 package slider buns
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 large onions
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp W Sauce
- 2 cups Beef Broth
Instructions
- Cube a chuck roast into 2×2 inch cubes then season it with a beef seasoning rub on all sides.
- Add avocado oil to a skillet on high heat, then sear the cubed chuck roast on all sides for 2-3 minutes.
- Place the seared beef in a slow cooker then add 2 large sliced onions, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbsp of W Sauce and 2 cups beef broth.
- Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours until fall apart tender
- Assemble sliders on Slider Buns with cheddar cheese, shredded beef and onions, provolone cheese then broil on high heat for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Put the tops of the buns back on, then serve with Au Jus drippings from the slow cooker and enjoy!
