Ingredients

- 2 sleeves of saltines
- 1 cup butter
- ½ cup Avocado Oil
- 1 Ranch packet
- 3 tbsp BBQ rub
- ⅓ BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Place the melted butter in a container then add oil, seasonings and BBQ sauce. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
- Place the crackers in a gallon ziplock bag then pour the mixture over top.
- Gently flip the bag a few times to make sure all of the crackers are coated.
- Let the bag sit flat for 5 minutes then flip and let it sit flat again. Repeat 2 times.
- Place the crackers on a wired rack with a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil underneath. You will likely need two different sheet pans and wire racks.
- Evenly spread out all of the crackers onto the wire racks laying them flat.
- Place them on the smoker at 200F for 1 hour.
- Once the mixture has adhered to the crackers remove them and let them cool down.
- Serve in a dish and enjoy!
