Smoked Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds of Chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce
  • 4 tbsp BBQ rub
  • 3 tbsp Hot Honey
  • 2 tbsp Lemon zest, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Coarse cracked black pepper, for garnish

Lemon Pepper Sauce

  • 1 stick of butter
  • ¼ cup hot honey
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 head of roasted garlic

Instructions

  1. Drizzle Bachan’s on the chicken thighs then generously season both sides with a BBQ rub. Let the chicken marinate uncovered in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
