- 2 blocks of cream cheese
- 1 green apple
- 2 snickers bars
- Caramel Syrup for Drizzle
- BBQ rub
- 1 tsp Maldon Sea Salt Flakes
- Cinnamon Graham Crackers
Instructions
- Score the cream cheese blocks in a crosshatch pattern then season both sides with a BBQ rub.
- Place the cream cheese blocks on aluminum foil, then place on the smoker at 250°F for 1 hour.
- While the cream cheese smokes, dice up the green apple and chop up the snicker’s bars.
- After 1 hour, remove the cream cheese from the smoker. Top with the green apple chunks, chopped snickers, a drizzle of caramel and sea salt flakes.
- Serve with Cinnamon Graham Crackers and enjoy!
