Ingredients

- 2 pounds Skirt steak
- 4 XL grande burrito tortilla
- 3 Romaine hearts
- 1 cup Croutons
- 1/2 cup Shaved parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 tbsp Chipotle cream sauce (Herdez)
- 2 tbsp Steak seasoning
Marinade ingredients
- Juice from 1 orange
- 1/3 cup Bachan’s Sweet and Spicy
- Juice from 1 lime
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp SPG (Salt, Pepper, Garlic blend)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup Bachan’s Hot & Spicy sauce or liquid aminos
Instructions
- Marinate your steak for 2-24 hours
- Season your steak with a steak seasoning on all sides.
- Grill the steak until it reaches 135°F then remove it.
- Coat romaine lettuce in olive oil then grill it for 30 secs over direct coals. Cut it up into bite size pieces then assemble the salad with croutons, Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
- Slice up the steak into bite size pieces.
- Assemble on a warm tortilla with Caesar salad, steak and Chipotle cream.
- Wrap tightly then grill on both sides for 2 mins.
- Slice in half then enjoy!
