- 1 jar pickles, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Green onions, sliced
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeno, chopped
- ½ pound thick cut bacon, chopped
- 4 oz cheddar cheese
- 8 oz Whipped cream cheese
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 ranch seasoning packet
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- Your favorite chips for serving (I used Flamin’ Hot BBQ Ruffles)1 tsp bbq rub (garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the bacon into small pieces then cook in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- Finely chop up the pickles, slice the onions and pickled jalapeños.
- In a large bowl, combine the pickles, green onions, jalapeños, bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, ranch seasoning and hot sauce.
- Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients with a spoon until fully combined.
- Lightly sprinkle your favorite bbq rub on top of the dip.
- Serve cold with your favorite dipping chips.
- If you’re not immediately serving, place the dip back in the pickle jar. Seal the jar with a cover then store in the fridge until serving.
