Bacon cheeseburger loaded fries are a super easy and delicious meal perfect for any night. Load it up with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of 80/20 burger
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • Pickled Jalapeños
  • 4 slices of American Cheese
  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • French Fries
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • ½ tbsp Potato Slayer Rub
  • 1 tbsp Thundering Longhorn Rub
  • 1 tbsp of avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Burger Sauce

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Create your burger sauce by combining all of the ingredients in a bowl. Thoroughly mix up all of the ingredients then place in the refrigerator until later.
  2. Fire up your grill/griddle and set it up for direct cooking and let it get as hot as possible for some smashburgers.
  3. Thinly slice 1 onion with a knife or mandolin.
  4. Take 1 pound of burger and divide it into equal 1/4 pound balls.
  5. Place Avocado oil on the hot cast iron then place the burger ball down. Top it with some of the thinly sliced onions, then place parchment paper over the top and smash it down with a burger smasher and season.
  6. After about 3 minutes, flip the burger patties over. Place cheese on top and let it melt while the other side is cooking. Fry up any additional leftover onion.
  7. Assemble on either a plate or a sheet pan. Start with some cooked fries (I used an air fryer to cook mine), then add your lettuce, tomatoes,  jalapeños, extra onions, burger, crispy bacon and drizzle it with the burger sauce.
