How to make bacon cheeseburger loaded fries

Start off by making your burger sauce by combining all of the ingredients in a bowl. Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients then place in the refrigerator until it’s time to serve.

Fire up your grill or griddle and set it up for direct cooking. I used a cast iron griddle and let it get as hot as possible so that I could get really good crust on some smashburgers.

Thinly slice 1 yellow onion with a knife or mandolin then take 1 pound of burger and divide it into equal 1/4 pound balls.

Spray some Avocado oil on the hot cast iron, then place the burger balls down. Top each ball with some of the thinly sliced onions, then place parchment paper over the top and smash it down with a burger smasher and season with your favorite burger seasoning.

After the smashed burger has been cooking for 3 minutes, flip the patties over. Place American cheese on top and let it melt while the other side is cooking. Fry up any additional leftover onions you may have as the burgers finish off.

Assemble on either a plate or a sheet pan. Start with some cooked fries (I used an air fryer to cook mine), then add all of your favorite toppings! I topped mine with lettuce, tomatoes, pickled jalapeños, fried onions, two 1/4 lb burger patties, crispy bacon and drizzle the whole plate with the burger sauce.

Serve it up warm and enjoy this easy, delicious meal!
