This burger is loaded with all of your favorite breakfast items, but it’s perfect for any time of day! Be sure to give this recipe a try the next time you’re in the mood for a killer burger!

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 2 burgers 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of 80/20 burger
  • 2 slices of hickory smoked bacon
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 hash brown patties
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 2 brioche buns

Instructions

  1. Place the burger patty on the hot griddle and cook it for 4 minutes each side. Season with your favorite burger rub. Add cheese the last few minutes until it melts.
  2. At the same time you’re cooking the burger, cook the bacon on medium low heat until crispy.
  3. Once the bacon is done cooking, remove from heat. Add onions and cook them in the bacon grease for 5-6 minutes. 
  4. Cook the eggs sunny side up, toast the bun and cook the hash brown patty. 
  5. Assemble the burger – onion, burger, hash brown, bacon and an egg.
  6. Enjoy!
