Ingredients

- 1 pound of shredded chicken
- 1 pound of bacon
- 32 oz Queso Blanco Velveeta
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 ranch seasoning packet
- 1 cup of 2% milk
Homemade Ranch Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Season boneless skinless chicken thighs with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
- Grill the chicken over medium high heat and remove once it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Shred the chicken then combine all of the queso ingredients together in an aluminum foil pan.
- Place back on the smoker for 30 minutes and stir every 10 minutes.
- Make the homemade ranch be combining all of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly then refrigerate until serving.
- Top with homemade ranch, crispy bacon and green onions. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
