Chopped Italian Sliders

Chopped Italian Sliders are perfect for any occasion. Chopped deli meats and vegetables coated in creamy Italian dressing in a slider bun.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 4oz Smoked Deli Ham
  • 8 oz Large Deli Pepperoni
  • 8 oz Salami
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • Thin slices of red onion
  • ¼ cup Banana Peppers or Pepperoncinis, sliced
  • ¼ cup Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup pepper relish
  • ½ tbsp SPG
  • 1 pack of King’s Hawaiian Orange pack, toasted on inside

Instructions

  1. On a cutting board, add lettuce, the deli meats, cheese, tomato slices and red onion.
  2. Chop everything up into bite size pieces with a sharp knife then thoroughly mix everything together.
  3. Over the top of the chopped pile, add mayo, peppers, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, pepper relish and SPG. Mix all of it together until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Remove the chopped ingredients from the cutting board into a bowl.
  5. Cut the slider rolls in half then toast the insides in a large skillet with melted butter until golden brown.
  6. Add the chopped ingredients onto the bottom half of the slider rolls and evenly spread them out.
  7. Place the tops of the rolls on top then cut each individual slider and serve!
