Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp SPG
  • 2 tbsp Korean BBQ rub

For Fried Rice

  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 pack frozen peas and carrots
  • 4 cups cooked day old rice
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup Hot & Spicy Bachan’s
  • Toasted white sesame seeds for garnish

Homemade Yum Yum Sauce

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
