Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Super Colossal Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • ¼ cup Blackening Seasoning
  • 8 ounces Butter
  • 5 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Parsley, finely chopped
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  •  
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to 400°F.
  2. Place the shrimp in a bowl with the avocado oil. Season generously with the blackening seasoning and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place a cast-iron skillet on the grill. Melt the butter, then stir in the garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. Bring to a gentle boil before removing from the heat.
  4. Place the shrimp directly on the grill grates in a single layer. Grill for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the grilled shrimp to the skillet with the garlic butter. Return the skillet to the grill and baste the shrimp with the butter as it bubbles.
  6. Cook until the shrimp reach an internal temperature of 140°F.
  7. Remove from the grill, garnish with the lemon zest, serve immediately and Enjoy!
