- 2 pounds of leftover brisket
- 1 bag frozen peas and carrots
- 4-6 cups day old rice
- 1 large onion diced
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp Bachan’s
- 2 tbsp green onions
Smoky Yum Yum Sauce
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Bachan’s Original
Instructions
- Put the Homemade Yum Yum sauce together by combining all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly until combined, then refrigerate until serving.
- Drizzle sesame oil down on the hot griddle then cook a diced onion and 1 bag of frozen peas and carrots for 3-4 minutes.
- Add 2 pounds of chopped up leftover brisket then drizzle Bachan’s on top. Mix together for 3-4 minutes until the brisket is warmed up.
- Add a stick of butter and 4 cups of day old rice then mix with cooked vegetables and brisket.
- Put 4 large eggs onto the griddle then scramble them until partially cooked.
- and mix in with rice.
- Add green onions then mix everything together until fully combined.
- Serve rice and top with homemade Yum Yum Sauce.
