Raspberry Jalapeno Ham and Cheese Sliders

Raspberry Jalapeno Ham Sliders are the perfect use of leftover ham this holiday season. Smoky ham, swiss cheese and a sweet heat jam on top!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
  • 1 pound of thinly sliced ham
  • 8 slices of Swiss Cheese
  • ½ cup Raspberry Jam
  • ¼ cup Jalapeno Jam
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • ½ tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half then spread Mayo on the bottom bun.
  2. Place the bottom buns in a disposable foil pan or ceramic dish. Add 4 slices of swiss cheese, then add the thinly sliced ham and another 4 slices of swiss cheese.
  3. Combine ½ cup of raspberry jam and ¼ cup of jalapeño jam in a small bowl then mix thoroughly. Spread the jam mixture on the inside of the top bun then place the top bun on top of the sliders.
  4. In a small bowl, combine and mix 1/2 stick of melted butter, 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp of poppy seeds, 1/2 tbsp of minced onion and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Brush all of the butter on top of the buns.
  5. Place the sliders in the oven at 325° F for 15 minutes until the buns start to become crispy and the cheese is melted.
  6. Slice each individual slider and enjoy!
