- 12 Pickle spears
- 1 pound of bacon
- 2 tbsp BBQ rub
Homemade Ranch
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Rodeo Ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Take a pickle spear and wrap it in thinly sliced bacon.
- Season the bacon with a pork rub on the outside.
- Place the pickles on the smoker at 350°F for 20-30 minutes until bacon is crispy.
- Serve them with ranch dipping sauce and enjoy!
