This Smoked Pepperoni Pizza Dip Recipe is perfect for game day! Is super easy to make and is packed with all the pizza flavors you love.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups of marinara sauce
  • 4 oz of pepperoni
  • Toasted baguettes for dipping
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 350° F with hickory wood for a bold smoke flavor.
  2. In a bowl, combine and thoroughly mix 8 oz softened cream cheese, ½ cup cheddar cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp italian seasoning, 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp garlic powder.
  3. Spread the mixture in a 10 inch cast iron skillet then top with 2 cups of marinara sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and the pepperonis.
  4. Place the skillet on the smoker for 15 minutes indirect of the heat. 
  5. Slice a baguette diagonally then place on a cookie sheet. Drizzle on 3 tbsp olive oil then season with 1 tsp garlic salt and bake at 350° F for 12 minutes.
  6. Place the grill on high for the next 10 minutes until the cheese and meat begin to crisp up.
  7. Serve warm with toasted baguette pieces
