- 8 oz block of cream cheese
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups of marinara sauce
- 4 oz of pepperoni
- Toasted baguettes for dipping
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 350° F with hickory wood for a bold smoke flavor.
- In a bowl, combine and thoroughly mix 8 oz softened cream cheese, ½ cup cheddar cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp italian seasoning, 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp garlic powder.
- Spread the mixture in a 10 inch cast iron skillet then top with 2 cups of marinara sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and the pepperonis.
- Place the skillet on the smoker for 15 minutes indirect of the heat.
- Slice a baguette diagonally then place on a cookie sheet. Drizzle on 3 tbsp olive oil then season with 1 tsp garlic salt and bake at 350° F for 12 minutes.
- Place the grill on high for the next 10 minutes until the cheese and meat begin to crisp up.
- Serve warm with toasted baguette pieces
