- 16 oz ribeye steak
- 1 pound of colossal shrimp
- 2 tbsp steak seasoning
- 1 tbsp SPG blend seasoning
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- XL Grande Burrito Tortilla
Chipotle Lime Creama
- 6 Chipotle peppers in adobo
- Juice from 1 lime
- ½ cup Mexican crema
- 3 tbsp cilantro
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the griddle on high heat.
- Slice the green bell pepper and a yellow onion into thin strips.
- Cube up a ribeye into bite-size pieces then season it with your favorite beef seasoning.
- Cut up 1 pound of shrimp into bite-size pieces, then seasoned with salt pepper garlic.
- Add the seasoned steak to the hot griddle then cook for a 2-3 minutes each side. Remove once the steak reaches your desired internal temperature.
- Cook the shrimp for 2 to 4 minutes total then remove from heat.
- Add the peppers and onions to the hot griddle then cook for 5-6 minutes until soft.
- Place an XL grande burrito tortilla down on the griddle and toast on both sides. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese, steak, shrimp, peppers, and onions then fold the tortilla over.
- Cook the tortilla for 2-3 minutes each side. Remove once golden brown and the cheese is melted then serve it up!
