Steak and Shrimp Quesadillas are the perfect surf n turf combo! Crispy juice steak, shrimp, peppers and onions in a crispy cheesy tortilla

Ingredients

  • 16 oz ribeye steak
  • 1 pound of colossal shrimp
  • 2 tbsp steak seasoning
  • 1 tbsp SPG blend seasoning
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • XL Grande Burrito Tortilla

Chipotle Lime Creama

  • 6 Chipotle peppers in adobo
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • ½ cup Mexican crema
  • 3 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the griddle on high heat.
  2. Slice the green bell pepper and a yellow onion into thin strips.
  3. Cube up a ribeye into bite-size pieces then season it with your favorite beef seasoning.
  4. Cut up 1 pound of shrimp into bite-size pieces, then seasoned with salt pepper garlic.
  5. Add the seasoned steak to the hot griddle then cook for a 2-3 minutes each side. Remove once the steak reaches your desired internal temperature.
  6. Cook the shrimp for 2 to 4 minutes total then remove from heat.
  7. Add the peppers and onions to the hot griddle then cook for 5-6 minutes until soft.
  8. Place an XL grande burrito tortilla down on the griddle and toast on both sides. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese, steak, shrimp, peppers, and onions then fold the tortilla over.
  9. Cook the tortilla for 2-3 minutes each side. Remove once golden brown and the cheese is melted then serve it up!
