Instructions

  1. Peel and cube 3 pounds of golden potatoes then boil until soft.
  2. Cube 2 lbs of chicken breasts then give them an egg wash and coat them in your favorite chicken coating. Give them a second wash and coating for more breading.
  3. Spray avocado oil on corn then season with SPG blend.
  4. Grill them over high heat on the grill until they have char on all sides. Cut grill corn from cob and set aside.
  5. Make the mashed potatoes by ricing the boiled potatoes then add in 8 tbsp butter, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup heavy cream and more SPG. Mix then set aside.
  6. Fry the chicken in 350F oil until golden brown and the internal temp reaches 165F.
  7. Assemble the bowl: mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, fried chicken, grilled corn, brown gravy and fresh chives.
