How to make Leftover Prime Rib Sliders in the Air Fryer

If you’re wondering the best way to make prime rib, then be sure to check out this deep fried prime rib I cook. It was smoked, then deep fried and it had the perfect crust on the outside of the prime rib.

Start by dicing up 1 large onion on a cutting board. Fry up the diced onion in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Chop up 2 pounds of leftover prime rib into bite size pieces with a sharpe knife. If you do not have leftover prime rib, you can also use some thick cut roast beef deli meat.

Place the bottom buns in the air fryer basket. Instead of using an air fryer, you can also bake these in the oven or throw them on the grill for more added flavor.

Add 4 slices of provolone cheese on the bottoms of the buns. You can use whatever your favorite cheese is for these sliders.

Next, add the chopped up prime rib on top of the cheese. Make sure that you even spread the meat out so that all of the sliders will have a good amount of prime rib on them.

Add a layer of the fried up onion and evenly spread it out.

Add another 4 slices of provolone cheese or a second type of cheese to add more flavor to the sliders.

Place the tops of the buns back on the sliders. Brush some room temperature butter on top of the rolls and top with everything bagel seasoning.

Air fry the sliders at 325 degrees f for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Slice up each individual slider then serve with leftover Au jus for dipping in a small bowl. You can serve some French fries or chips as an easy side.

If you happen to have leftovers, store them in an airtight container for 2-3 days to enjoy a quick lunch.
