Burger Assembly: Sesame seed bun, pickled jalapeños and Wahl Sauce
How to make Burger Stuffed Hot Dogs
Carefully slice the hot dog down the middle and avoid cutting it on the edges. Stuff 1/8 pound of burger meat into the slit of the cut hot dog.

Season the burger with your favorite burger rub on both sides. You can also season the burger prior to stuffing it in the hot dog to add more seasoning to the meat.
Grill the burger stuffed hot dog over direct heat for 3 minutes each side. I cooked this on my Nomad Grill which gives it some great charcoal flavor to the meat.

Move the burger indirect of the heat then add a slice of white cheddar cheese and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

Remove the burger stuffed hot dog from the grill and assemble on a toasted sesame seed bun with your favorite toppings. I used some Wahl Sauce and pickled jalapeños for some extra heat.
